"While Mrs. Castro's main purpose has always been to improve student achievement, she has worked hard to develop effective instruction based on the individual learning styles of her students.  This instruction regularly includes movement, song, and technology.  To observe her classes brings me great joy as an administrator.  Her students are active participants, and they exhibit pride in their success."
Brandi Sheridan, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction
Glassboro Public School
"...she is an extraordinary and dynamic teacher whose passion for her students' development has had a wonderful impact on their lives.
A faith-filled woman who is also committed to giving back to her alma mater, Aileen has taken on the task of speaking to our tenth grade students each year at their annual day of reflection for over ten years consecutively.
She has never declined our invitation and it has become a highlight of the year."
